Brooklyn Winery Micro Wedding: An Intimate Celebration in Williamsburg
When their original plans shifted, Jon and Carrie chose a new path forward. Their Brooklyn Winery micro wedding in Williamsburg focused on presence, connection, and intention. Surrounded by close family and friends, they created a celebration rooted in meaning rather than scale.
The Wedding Day
From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Candlelight filled the space, softening the modern interior. The day unfolded with ease, allowing everyone to stay present and connected.
The Ceremony
The ceremony centered on family and love. Jon and Carrie exchanged vows beneath a chiffon-draped chuppah. Jonathan’s brother officiated via Zoom from Canada, creating a deeply personal moment across distance.
Live violin music played their favorite songs, adding intimacy and emotion to the space.
Design Details
Every detail felt intentional and personal.
Color palette rooted in warm neutrals
Soft candlelight throughout the space
Lush florals by Stems Brooklyn
Custom calligraphy accents
Simple textures layered with care
The Reception
The reception flowed naturally from ceremony to celebration. Guests enjoyed an intimate dining experience with thoughtful pacing. Conversation, music, and candlelight carried the evening forward without rush.
Planning Perspective
As a New York City wedding planner, my role is to guide couples through change with clarity and calm. This celebration showed how thoughtful coordination supports presence on the wedding day.
With month of coordination from Margo Events, Jon and Carrie stayed focused on what mattered while logistics and adjustments happened behind the scenes.
“All I had to do was show up with my dress.”
